# Company Info

> Manage the company and billing information used on YCloud invoices.

Use **Company Info** to maintain your company's identity and billing details in YCloud.

Go to **Settings > General settings > Company info**.

  The company and billing information entered on this page is used when YCloud generates your invoices. Make sure the company name, tax number, and billing address are accurate.

## Company information

### Company logo

Upload your company logo in JPG or PNG format. The recommended image size is 640 × 640 pixels and the maximum file size is 5 MB.

### Company ID

The Company ID is the unique identifier assigned to your YCloud company account. It is generated by YCloud and cannot be edited. When you contact YCloud Support about an account-related issue, provide this Company ID so that our team can identify your account and investigate the issue more quickly.

### Company name

Enter the legal or billing name of your company. This information is used on invoices and also identifies the company account in YCloud.

### Tax number

Enter the tax identification number that should appear with your company's billing information.

### Official website

Enter your company's official website.

### Industry

Enter the primary industry in which your company operates.

## Billing address

Enter the billing address that should be associated with your company and used on invoices.

Verify the country or region, street address, state or province, city, and postal code before saving.
