# Notification & Alert
YCloud notifications help you monitor account balance, billing, WhatsApp account health, message delivery, international authentication pricing, and AI credit usage.
Go to **Settings > General settings > [Notifications](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/app/globalSettings/general/notification)** to configure these alerts.
## Available notifications
### Low balance alert
Receive an alert when your YCloud account balance falls below a threshold that you define.
You can:
* Turn the alert on or off.
* Set the balance threshold that triggers the alert.
* Add one or more contacts.
* Enter each contact's name, email address, and phone number.
YCloud sends low-balance reminders by **email and SMS** to the configured contacts.
### Daily bill
Receive the previous day's billing summary by email.
You can:
* Turn the daily bill on or off.
* Choose the time at which the email is sent.
* Review the time zone shown next to the scheduled time.
* Add one or more recipient email addresses.
### WhatsApp account issue notification
Receive an email when YCloud detects an issue with one of your WhatsApp accounts. This notification can help your team respond promptly to account status problems.
You can notify the account Owner and add other recipient email addresses.
### WhatsApp message issue notification
Receive an email when WhatsApp message delivery drops significantly. Use this alert to identify delivery problems and begin troubleshooting without having to monitor delivery metrics continuously.
You can notify the account Owner and add other recipient email addresses.
### Authentication-international rate notification
Receive an email when a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is approaching activation of the international authentication rate.
You can notify the account Owner and add other recipient email addresses.
### Low AI credits alert
Receive an email when the remaining AI credits in your account fall below a threshold that you define.
You can:
* Turn the alert on or off.
* Set the AI credit threshold that triggers the alert.
* Configure the notification recipients.
## Configure a notification
1. Open **Settings > General settings > Notifications**.
2. Turn on the notification you want to receive.
3. Complete the settings shown for that notification, such as a threshold, scheduled time, or recipient list.
4. Select **Save** when the option is available.
Keep recipient information up to date and include team members who are responsible for billing, WhatsApp operations, or AI usage. For scheduled notifications, always check the displayed time zone.
