#### API Import

Click to view the [API Import](/api-reference/contacts/create-a-contact) documentation.

#### Inbound Message

When a customer sends an inbound message, YCloud automatically saves their phone number and name in the Contact list of your account, making it easier for you to manage contacts.

### Filtering Contacts

Contact supports [segmenting contacts by filter](/en/documentation/contact/contact-segments), helping you classify and manage your Contact list more efficiently.
