# Inbox Mobile App

## Use the mobile app

### Sign in

Sign in to Inbox with your YCloud account email and password.

### Manage the conversation list

From the conversation list, you can:

* Switch between **Open**, **Closed**, and all conversations.
* Sort conversations by recent inbound activity, unread messages, or starred conversations.
* Change your availability from the status below your profile name.
* Search for a contact by name or phone number.
* Select **+** to start a conversation.
* Select a conversation to open it.

### Filter conversations

Select the filter icon to filter the list by assignment, contact tag, or a saved custom filter.

### Manage a conversation

In an open conversation, you can:

* Select **Close** to close the conversation.
* Select **Assign to me** to take over a conversation assigned to another agent or bot.
* Select **Template message** when the conversation no longer accepts free-form messages.

### Use conversation actions

Open the menu in the upper-right corner to add a conversation tag, assign an agent, block the contact, or unsubscribe the contact.

### Send messages and attachments

Select **+** beside the message field to send files, use a canned response, send a template, or translate a message.

### Contact details

Select the contact avatar in a conversation to view contact details. From the contact page, you can edit the contact name, tags, and properties.

### Settings

Open **Settings** from the bottom navigation to configure translation, choose the workspace language, switch companies, view app information, or sign out.
