# Payment methods and cards

> Learn which payment methods YCloud supports and how to bind or unbind your payment cards.

# Payment methods and cards

YCloud payment options are **Alipay**, **WeChat Pay**, **Credit/Debit Card**, and your **account balance**.

## Manage payment cards

When you pay with a **Credit/Debit Card**, bind the card to YCloud first. You can use a bound card to pay for a subscription or add-on, or to recharge your account balance.

### Bind a card

1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing** > **Payment cards**.
2. Select **Add card**.
3. Select **Add a new card**.
4. Enter your card details, then select **Save card**.

## Change the card used for automatic payments

In **Payment cards**, select **Unbind** on the card currently used for automatic payments. Select another bound card, or add a new card, then select **Replace card and unbind**.

If the same card is used for both automatic recharge and automatic renewal, replacing it updates the card for both settings.

## Unbind a card

1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing** > **Payment cards**.
2. Select **Unbind** on a card that is not used for automatic payments.
3. Confirm that you want to unbind the card.

If the card is used for automatic recharge or automatic renewal, follow the steps in [Change the card used for automatic payments](#change-the-card-used-for-automatic-payments) instead.

## Frequently Asked Questions

<Accordion title="Why can’t I unbind a card?">
  You may not have the required permission, or an automatic recharge payment may still be processing. If the card is used for automatic recharge or automatic renewal, replace it before unbinding it.
