# Meta Business Agent 概述

> 浏览用于接入、配置、测试、上线和运营 Meta Business Agent 的 YCloud REST 资源。

## 接收 Agent 事件

通过公开 REST API 接入的 Agent 可以向您的 Webhook 端点发送出站 echo 创建、echo 状态以及交接事件。在控制台创建的 Agent 使用单独的收件箱流程，不会发送这些客户事件。有关订阅说明、有效载荷模式、示例和关联限制，请参阅 [echo 和交接 Webhook](/zh/api-reference/guides/examples/webhook-examples/overview#echo-and-agent-handover-events)。
