# 退订
## 什么是退订？
“退订”即退出订阅。连接该组件后，基于规则的智能体（Rule-based Agent）会将当前会话中的客户添加到退订列表中。这样，后续在进行批量群发时，就可以过滤掉退订列表中的客户。
## 适用场景
* 企业在进行大规模营销活动时，如果某些联系人长期未购买品牌产品或未关注品牌动态，他们在收到营销群发消息时可能会感到被打扰，并可能投诉企业的 WhatsApp 账户。投诉率过高会导致封号风险。为了尽量避免这种情况，企业可以 **在群发消息中添加退订按钮**。这样，当用户不再希望接收此类营销消息时，可以通过该途径主动退出，从而降低用户投诉的概率。在群发消息中设置退订按钮后，还需要根据退订按钮触发的关键词配置 Rule-based Agent，以触发退订流程。
* 企业还可以设置关键词触发的 Rule-based Agent，配置多个可触发退订 Rule-based Agent 的关键词。这样，即使用户收到的消息中没有退订按钮，Rule-based Agent 也能识别出表达退订意愿的消息，并将用户添加到退订列表中。
