# 会话分配规则

YCloud 会将已连接号码收到的新会话分配到收件箱。此功能用于为收件箱中收到的新会话设置分配规则。

## 操作指引

**WhatsApp 账户 > 号码设置 > 收件箱 > 分配**

## 基础分配

同时启用时，第一优先级分配规则的优先级顺序为 **从上到下**

* 优先级 1：当新会话进入时，会检查客户是否拥有负责人（Owner），若存在负责人，则强制将该会话分配给负责人；
* 优先级 2：会话将分配给上次接待该会话的客服（前提条件：该客服当前在线）。
* 优先级 3：分配给指定客服、团队、AI Agent，或保持会话为未分配状态。

## 高级分配

高级分配规则适用于订阅 Pro 及更高版本的用户。\
点击 **添加高级规则** 打开规则编辑器。

点击模块后的加号节点选择条件模块或动作模块，也可以从左侧选择想要添加的模块，并在完成配置后进行连接。
