# MM Lite API

> Marketing Messages Lite API

Marketing Messages Lite API（简称“MM lite API”）是一种发送 WhatsApp 营销消息的全新方式，企业可以借此利用 Meta 的 AI 系统来提升业务成效并提高消息质量。

## 适用对象

缺乏广告营销活动专业知识且目前不需要 Marketing Messages API 复杂功能的营销人员

## 核心优势

✅ 与 Cloud API（您当前使用的 API）相比，送达率更高或持平

✅ 追踪营销消息促成企业网站转化的行为（例如加购、结账、购买）

✅ 为营销模板设置有效期

## 如何使用？

授权您的 WABA 通过 [MM Lite API](https://www.ycloud.com/console/#/app/integrations/mmLiteApi) 发送消息，之后发送至 MM Lite API 支持地区的所有营销消息都将自动通过该 API 发送。

点击 **+Authorize 按钮** 完成授权。

## 功能的地区可用性 <a href="#geographic-availability-of-features" id="geographic-availability-of-features" />

受 Meta 政策和/或当地法规限制，MM Lite API 的部分高级功能和报告能力仅在特定地区提供。

**美国：**

* 自 2025 年 4 月 1 日起，向美国境内的 WhatsApp 用户发送的营销消息将无法送达（错误码 131049）。请注意，该政策并非 MM Lite API 独有——它适用于所有 Business Messaging API（包括 Cloud API，[查看文档](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/guides/send-message-templates#per-user-marketing-template-message-limits)）。
* 美国的商业电话号码仍可继续使用 MM Lite API 向美国境外的用户发送消息。

**古巴、伊朗、朝鲜、叙利亚以及乌克兰的三个受制裁地区（克里米亚、顿涅茨克、卢甘斯克）：**

* 这些地区的企业不符合入驻条件，且无法向这些地区的消费者发送消息。该政策并非 MM Lite API 独有——它适用于所有 Business Messaging API（包括 Cloud API，[查看文档](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/guides/send-message-templates#per-user-marketing-template-message-limits)）。
