# 目标和退出规则

> 跟踪 Journey 的完成情况，并在联系人满足退出条件时停止跟进。

# 目标和退出规则

使用 **目标（Goal）** 跟踪 Journey 的完成情况，并使用 **退出规则（Exit rule）** 为满足指定条件的联系人停止后续跟进。

这两项设置均为可选。

## 目标

目标可帮助您衡量联系人是否达成了您期望 Journey 实现的结果。

当联系人在所选跟踪期内满足配置的目标条件时，Journey 会记录一次完成。

目标仅用于跟踪。达成目标不会将联系人移出 Journey，也不会停止剩余步骤。

## 退出规则

退出规则定义了将联系人从剩余 Journey 流程中移出的条件。

当联系人在满足某个条件后应停止接收 Journey 的后续动作时，请使用退出规则。例如，您可以使用退出规则在联系人完成流程所鼓励的动作后停止跟进流程。

## 结合使用目标和退出规则

如果您既想衡量完成情况，又想在完成后停止后续跟进，可以为这两项设置配置相同的条件。

您也可以分别对它们进行配置。例如，使用目标来衡量预期结果，而将退出规则仅用于不应再接收 Journey 消息的联系人。
