# Journey 简介

# Journey 简介

Journey 可以帮助您为符合配置条件的联系人自动执行跟进。当联系人进入 Journey 时，流程中的步骤将决定接下来的操作。

## 可以自动执行的操作

使用 Journey 编排跟进流程，可以实现：

* 发送模板消息。
* 在执行下一步操作前进行等待。
* 检查联系人是否已阅读或回复模板消息。
* 为到达某个步骤的联系人添加标签。
* 根据流程中的规则将联系人分流至不同的跟进路径。

## Journey 的工作原理

1. 当联系人符合进入条件时， **触发器 (Trigger)** 将启动 Journey。
2. 您配置的步骤决定了跟进操作及执行时机。
3. 您可以添加 **目标 (Goal)** 来跟踪完成情况，并添加 **退出规则 (Exit rule)** 以便在联系人符合退出条件时将其从剩余的跟进流程中移除。

## 开始之前

在构建 Journey 之前，请确定：

* 哪些联系人应该进入流程。
* 计划使用哪个发送方和消息模板。
* 发送消息后应执行哪些跟进操作。
* 何种情况算作完成，或者联系人何时应离开流程。

## 跟踪完成情况并停止跟进

使用 **目标 (Goal)** 来跟踪完成情况。使用 **退出规则 (Exit rule)** 在联系人符合您配置的退出条件时将其从剩余的跟进流程中移除。
