# 技术开发合作伙伴的价格、账单与支付方式

> 本文档概述了技术开发合作伙伴的价格、账单和支付方式。

所有客户必须根据通过 YCloud 传输的会话数量支付 Meta 会话费用（无加价）。但是，我们不会对每个会话或消息收取任何额外费用。

WhatsApp 会话费用需要支付给 YCloud，再由 YCloud 支付给 Meta。

## WhatsApp 定价

技术开发合作伙伴只需支付会话费用。您可以点击下方链接查看有关会话费用的更多信息。

## 消息吞吐量

在理想情况下，由 Cloud API 托管的每个账户（WhatsApp 电话号码）每秒最多可处理 80 条消息。理想条件包括您的 Webhook 响应时间少于 200 毫秒，并且拥有充足的技术资源以确保最佳性能。

## 账单计费

成为 YCloud 技术开发合作伙伴后，您引入的企业客户产生的任何 WhatsApp 会话费用都将记录在合作伙伴账户中。我们将根据上述定价实时从您的 YCloud 账户余额中扣除费用。

**如果没有余额，终端客户将无法使用其 WhatsApp Business 渠道。因此，您需要确保账户中有足够的可用余额。**

您可以为企业客户设计独立的定价方案，例如消息技术服务费或软件费，YCloud 不会干预您的定价策略。

## 结算币种

合作伙伴的标准结算单位为 **USD**。
