Checks whether Meta has a phone number entry for this standard BSUID in this business phone number contact book, without returning the phone number. Uses the same account API key, available WABA ownership and bound phone checks as DELETE. Parent BSUIDs are unsupported; Developer App API keys return 403. Successful responses contain required boolean present; provider failures are not converted to false.
