Receive Agent events

Agents onboarded through the Public REST API can emit outbound echo creation, echo status, and handover events to your webhook endpoint. Console-created Agents use a separate Inbox flow and do not emit these customer events. See echo and handover webhooks for subscription instructions, payload schemas, examples, and correlation limits.
