Manage customer WABAs and phone numbers - YCloud Docs

After you onboard a customer, use YCloud to find their WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs) and phone numbers. You can review the information in the dashboard or retrieve it through the API.

View customer accounts and numbers in the dashboard

Open WhatsApp Accounts to view the WABAs and phone numbers for your customers.

To review a specific number, open its WhatsApp Business Number settings. You can view the number’s status and business profile.

Retrieve customer accounts and numbers with the API

Use these API endpoints in your integration:

List WABAs to retrieve your customers’ WhatsApp Business Accounts.
List phone numbers to retrieve the phone numbers associated with those accounts.
