Returns all notes for a contact, ordered by creation time descending.
The {id} path parameter supports contact ID and phone number. A phone number can be provided in E.164 format, such as +16315551111. If a numeric contact ID is not found, the same value is retried as a phone number with a leading +, so 861... can match a stored +861... phone number.
Contact retrieve, list, and search responses do not include notes; use this endpoint to read contact notes.
