Billing overview

Review your YCloud charges and follow the relevant guide to check usage, recharge your balance, or manage your subscription.

Understand billing activity in your account

Your billing records include product charges and wallet activity: Your account balance is the money available in your YCloud wallet. A payment method is how you pay for an eligible transaction, while a saved card is a card you have added for later use. See Payment methods and saved cards for payment options and saved-card rules.
Automatic recharge adds funds to your wallet when its balance falls below a threshold. Automatic renewal continues your subscription for a new period. They are separate settings.

Open Billing overview

  1. In the YCloud Dashboard, go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Select Billing overview.
  3. Review Total recharged and Total deducted for the selected period.
Billing overview with recharge and deduction totals highlighted.

Review Total recharged and Total Deducted for the selected period, then use the filters to narrow the billing records.

Find a billing record

Use filters to narrow the records you need to review.
  1. Choose a date range. Billing overview uses GMT+8 for its date filters and displayed time range.
  2. Select a WhatsApp Business Account when you want to review activity for one account.
  3. Select a Bill type to focus on a category of record.
  4. Open the relevant record to review its available details.
Billing records can include top-ups, deductions, refunds, transfers, and product-related billing items. The record itself is the best place to confirm which activity it represents.

Export billing records

If your role has download permission and you have completed two-step verification, you can export billing records from Billing overview. Before you export, set the date range and filters you need. This helps you produce a file that is easier to reconcile with your internal records.
If you cannot find the export option, ask an account administrator to check your download permission and two-step verification status.
