Restricted Business Portfolio (Business Manager)	Open Meta Business Support Home → select the restricted Business Portfolio → Request Review.
Restricted ad account	Open Meta Account Quality → select the restricted ad account → Request Review.
Disabled WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)	Open WhatsApp Manager → select the WABA → Account tools → Business Support Home or the violation details → Request Review.
