Shipping Settings
Shop supports three shipping modes:- Free Shipping
No shipping fee is charged. - Flat‑Rate Shipping
You set a fixed shipping fee. Every order is charged this same amount. - Free Shipping over X
When an order reaches your threshold, no shipping fee is charged.
Create a shipping-fee template
Configure shipping fees for your target markets before accepting orders. Open Integrations > Shop and find Shipping & Delivery.Open Integrations > Shop, then select Add under Shipping & Delivery.
Select the target sales markets, then choose Free shipping or Fixed shipping fee.
- All markets: use Select all in Target sales markets to apply the same shipping rule to all listed markets.
- Specific markets: select the countries or regions that should share this shipping rule.
Choose a shipping-fee calculation method
Within your selected market(s), choose one of these three options:- Free Shipping
Customers in the selected market pay no shipping fee. - Flat‑Rate Shipping
You enter a fixed fee. Every order placed in the selected market pays that fee. - Flat‑Rate + Free‑Over Threshold
- Below the threshold, charge the flat rate.
- At or above the threshold, ship for free.
Select every market you plan to sell to and review its shipping fee before saving.
Configuration examples
Below are some common shipping‑fee scenarios and sample settings to help you get started:Global free shipping
Offer free shipping across all regions.Use Select all in Target sales markets, then choose Free shipping. This example has not been saved.
Global flat-rate shipping
Charge a flat shipping fee of $9.90 across all regions.Select Fixed shipping fee and enter 9.90. This example has not been saved.
Free shipping over a threshold
Offer free shipping on orders of $159 or more. Charge $9.90 for smaller orders.Select Free shipping for order over and enter 159. This example has not been saved.
Country-specific shipping rates
- United States: $20 shipping fee
- China: $10 shipping fee
- All other countries: $9.90 shipping fee
