Add tag

Use Add tag to add selected tags to contacts who reach this step in a Journey. Tags can help you organize contacts and identify the follow-up path they have completed.

Add tags to a Journey step

  1. Add an Add tag component to the Journey.
  2. Select the tags you want to add.
  3. Connect the component to the preceding and following steps.
For example, you can add a tag after a contact replies to a template message, or after a contact completes a follow-up flow.
Add tags component with high_purchase_intent selected.
