Create WABA via Embedded Sign-up

This tutorial provides a detailed guide on how to register a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).

1	Facebook Account	/	An account that has been registered for over a month (you can click the link to check if the account is in good standing before starting) is used to create a Meta Business Manager (referred to as BM)

If the number has been used to register a personal WhatsApp account, the personal WhatsApp account must be deleted before use.
3	WhatsApp Business Display Name	YCloud_Service	Needs to be relevant to the brand’s official website and is used to name the WhatsApp business account.
4	Company Name	YCLOUD INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD	The company name must be the same as the one on the business license or registration certificate.
5	Company Address	9 TEMASEK BOULEVARD #04-03SUNTEC TOWER TWOSINGAPORE(038989)	The company address should be the same as the one on the business license or registration certificate.
6	Business License/Registration Certificate	Business_Pofile.pdf	The corresponding business license or registration document of the enterprise
7	Official Website	www.ycloud.com	1. The website needs to be encrypted with https; 2. The website content must clearly express the company’s business; 3. The website needs to have the company name and address at the bottom, for example: COPYRIGHT @ {{year}} + {{company name}} All Rights Reserved
8	Business Email	lyndsey.shu@ycloud.com	The corporate email domian needs to be consistent with the brand website domain name. For example, www.ycloud.com and lyndsey.shu@ycloud.com meet the requirements and will be used to receive a verification code email during business verification.

Create a New Account

Step 1: Click the Create Button

Go to WhatsApp accounts, click Create Channel, and select Get started under WhatsApp Business API. View the guide and scroll to the button of the page and click “I’m ready to start.”

Step 2: Log in to Facebook

After clicking login, a Facebook authorization popup will appear. Log in with the Facebook account you prepared. If the account is incorrect, you can click “Log in another account” to switch. Confirm the account is correct and click “Continue” for the next step.

Step 3: Confirm the Agreement

Click “Get started” to continue creating.

Step 4: Create a BM Account

Enter your company’s information:

1. Business name: The company name should be exactly the same as your business license. Please do not enter a company abbreviation or brand name.
2. Business email address: It is recommended to use an email address that matches your website domain.
3. Business website or profile page: The company’s URL. Note that the company’s URL must be HTTPS.
4. Country: The country where the company operates. Make sure to select the country where your company is registered for certification. For example, if you are submitting an Indonesian business license for corporate certification, select Indonesia.

Step 5: Start with a new WhatsApp phone number

Step 6: Create a WABA

Select/create a new WABA. If you already have a WABA, you can select it from the dropdown, otherwise, choose to create one. Create WABA

Step 7: Set WABA and Number Information

1. WhatsApp business account name: The name of the WABA. This is for internal business differentiation and will not be visible to your audience on your WhatsApp account profile.
2. WhatsApp business display name: The name of the number. The display name will show to your customers and should be related to your company or brand name. Click to view Display Name Guidelines.

Step 8: Add phone number

Enter the phone number you have prepared. Enter the code you have received

Step 9: Creation Successful

A prompt indicating successful creation will appear. Be sure to click the “Finish” button at the bottom of the popup.
