Configure Message Notifications

Agents can set message notifications and reminders in the Inbox, including two types:

1. Sound Alerts
2. Popup Alerts

Guidance:

• Click on the user profile in the bottom left corner of the Inbox > Settings. Choose the type of reminder you want, and click to select.
• After successful selection, a prompt saying 'Updated successfully' will appear on the page.
