What is "Send messages?"

"Send messages" refers to businesses sending messages to customers. The key distinction from "Ask a question" lies in the fact that "Send messages" involves only sending messages without waiting for the user's response and subsequently responding based on their reply.

"Send messages" Types

• Text: Messages in textual form. Up to five messages can be sent consecutively in a single instance.

• Text & URL Button: A message format combining text with a link. The link can be placed within a button. In a single message instance, only one Text & URL Button format message is supported for sending

• Picture: A message presented in the form of an image.
  • Require: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format with a maximum size of 5MB.
  • Recommended dimensions are 1125px * 600px.
• Video: A message presented in the form of a video.
  • Require: .mp4 format, with a maximum size of 16MB.
• File: A message presented in the form of a file.
  • Require: The file size should not exceed 100MB.
